Throughout 2023, Green Field Solutions will be proudly introducing its team of experts in a series of food waste Q&As. They’ll dive into some of the most important, sustainable food manufacturing topics for companies that aspire to repurpose food by-products, achieve their sustainability goals and even go zero waste.
But first, we asked our staff to reflect on last year and look ahead to the next. Here’s what they had to say about company culture, what they are most proud of and what to expect as Green Field Solutions continues to help the world’s largest food producers minimize their waste and maximize their value:

My favorite part of 2022 has been helping our clients advance their sustainability achievements by up-cycling food residuals into nutritious ingredients for animal feed, keeping food out of landfills and putting it back into the food supply chain. I look forward to 2023 as the feed industry continues to work together to improve and promote the sustainability of feed.
